RETURNS & REFUNDS

We are committed to delivering top-notch quality and value. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
  • All original tags and labels must be intact
  • Used or customer-damaged products are not eligible for a refund
RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Complete the RMA form or email rma@coretechsupply.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. After receiving the RMA number, securely package the item along with proof of purchase.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your package

Once the returned package is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, and a confirmation receipt will be emailed.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must:                                             

  • Be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging
  • Be in unused and original condition
REFUND POLICY

Refunds or exchanges are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Customers will receive email notifications upon completion of the process

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped. If you cancel before processing, a 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover restocking and refund charges

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account and transaction history
  • Contact your credit card provider and bank, as processing times may vary
    • Credit card companies can take up to 30 days to post refunds
  • If the refund is still not received, contact us for assistance
DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders ship within 3-5 business days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@coretechsupply.com

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping details or missed deliveries are excluded from this timeframe
TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers once available

ADDRESS ERRORS

If you entered the wrong shipping address, email us immediately. While we will try to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed after the order is processed or shipped. Incorrect shipping details are the customer’s responsibility

INVALID REASONS FOR RETURN / DENIAL OF REPLACEMENT
  • Change of mind:
     Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned for this reason. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before completing the order
  • Found a lower price elsewhere:
     Price comparisons must be made before placing an order
  • Non-matching RMA details: 
    Returned items must correspond to the RMA form
  • Tampered or damaged products: 
    Items showing signs of physical damage or tampering are not eligible
EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products:

  • Contact us for a refund or exchange
  • Restocking fees:
    • 25% for most returns
    • 50% under the following conditions:
      • Missing or replaced components
      • Items found functional after being reported defective
      • Post-warranty RMA eligibility
      • Damaged or tampered packaging
