Mistakes in Address

If you enter an incorrect shipping address, please email us ASAP. While we will do our best to accommodate, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped or initiated. Any errors in shipping details are the customer’s responsibility.

Denial of Replacement and Invalid Reasons for Return

Certain conditions do not qualify for a return or replacement. Orders cannot be returned due to a simple change of mind, so please ensure your purchase decision before placing an order. Additionally, finding a lower price elsewhere is not a valid reason for return, as price comparisons should be made before completing the purchase. Returns will be denied if the RMA details do not match, meaning the returned item must correspond with the approved RMA form. Products that show physical damage or tampering are also ineligible for return or replacement.

Policy Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, customers should contact us to request a refund or exchange. A restocking fee of 35% will apply to most returns, while a 50% restocking fee will be charged under specific conditions, including missing or replaced components, items found functional after being reported defective, post-warranty RMA eligibility, and damaged or tampered packaging by the user.
