Warranty Policy

At Core Tech Supply, we provide only the warranties mentioned in this document. We do not offer any additional guarantees, including implied warranties like suitability for a particular purpose. As a reseller and distributor, we are not the manufacturer of the products we sell.

Warranty of Refurbished Items

All certified refurbished products come with a 90-day replacement policy. If you prefer a refund, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request it. For return details, refer to the Returns Section.

Warranty by the Manufacturer

Some products come with a 1-year or longer manufacturer warranty for returns, replacements, and support. These warranties are provided by the manufacturers, not Core Tech Supply. For any warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer directly and follow their terms. Manufacturer warranties vary by product, and some items (like sealed retail-boxed products) cannot be returned once opened.

Quality Standards

We do not guarantee that our services and standards will fully meet your needs, be free from errors, interruptions, or delays, match your expectations exactly or fix any software or program issues.

User Role

User should download or use our services at their own risk because we are not responsible for any damage to your device or data loss. Any advice from us, whether spoken or written, does not create a warranty unless explicitly stated in this document.

Liability limitations

We are not responsible for any damages that are directly or indirectly caused by the use or inability to use our products. This includes any financial loss, product misuse, or other damages, even if we were informed about the possibility of such issues.

(The Things That are Not Included)

Our warranty does not cover

1) Personal injuries or property damage due to product use, including in military, medical, traffic control, or disaster prevention applications.

2) Missing memory or flash cards causing issues.

3) Software problems, which may require extra charges to fix.

4) Damage caused by the customer, such as unauthorized repairs or modification or products damaged by natural disasters or accidents.

5) Issues caused by non-standard expansion cards or self-installed software or virus infections due to poor maintenance.

 

Important Notes

If your product arrives damaged, report it within 2 working days provide photos for investigation purposes and keep your warranty card and a copy of your invoice for any warranty claims.
